As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
General enhancements
- Support Insight's login process is now upgraded - the former browser pop-up window is now replaced with a simple login form within the same browser tab. If you had previously logged in to another IBM site - you will automatically be logged into SI upon clicking the
Loginbutton. - The Assets widget in the Inventory management header now contains links to the Changes page - pre-filtered according to the chosen assets' historical status during the last update interval.
- The Open source CVE analysis page's header is re-designed with the filters individually spelled out and the
Clear filtersbutton moved. - The assets tables in the Inventory management's Inventory and Coverage tabs now contain additional columns - SW coverage status and SW coverage expiration - they are searchable and filterable.
- The additional data points Tags and Custom properties are no longer displayed by default in the the Risks and recommendations page's asset details tables.
Known issues and limitations
Following is a brief outline of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.
