As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.
Fixed issues and upgrades
Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.
Change management subscriptions
- The new Change request subscriptions section is now available in the Administration page of the application.
- Users can now be subscribed to different types of change requests by a client account admin.
- Admins can add, edit and delete subscriptions for both individual users and user mailing groups.
- Admins can assign e-mail subscription notifications even for users that are not currently registered in IBM SI.
General enhancements
- The asset details table in the main Inventory management page now contains two new data points - minimum firmware version and recommended firmware version - available to Pro clients only.
- When bulk changing assets in the main Inventory management asset details table, users will now be able to see all common asset properties populated in the editing dialog.
- The coverage statuses Device not processed, Uncovered by customer decision and Unknown in the Inventory management's Coverage by Group - Time page are now part of the Other category.
- The Unknown coverage status in the Inventory management's Coverage by Group - Status page is now part of the Uncovered category.
Known issues and limitations
Following is a brief outline of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.
