Deleting widgets in an identifier screen

You can delete widgets in an identifier screen.

1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement. The home page opens.
2. Go to the screen that you want to customize.
3. From the application header, click the Development Tools icon , and select Customize.
4. Select the identifier screen that you want to customize.
5. Select the widget that you want to delete, right-click and select Remove Widget or click the Delete icon .

   Field Example: Radiobutton Set	Deletion of field widgets is not supported as it does not have any impact on the user interface.	Field widgets that are provided out of the box can be deleted. These widgets can be restored from the Removed Widgets view whenever needed. Any newly referred field widgets cannot be recovered once deleted. They must be referred again.
   Container Example: Content Pane	Deletion of container widgets is not supported as it does not have any impact on the user interface.	Container widgets that are provided out of the box can be deleted. These widgets can be restored from the Removed Widgets view whenever needed. Any newly added container widgets along with child widgets, are deleted and cannot be recovered. They must be added again.

6. Once you complete your customization, click Save to save your extensions to the identifier screen.
7. Click Close.
   Note: After you save the extensions and close the workbench, you must refresh or reload the application to view the changes.
