A store associate must be able to capture customer's orders at any place in a store, regardless of the fulfillment method and availability of the products.
An order can have a combination of pickup, shipping, and carry-out order lines. Some products may not be available at the current store but available in the stores nearby or elsewhere. In all such scenarios, the store associate can easily capture the order by using Sterling Store Engagement.
The store associate can use the application on both desktop and mobile devices. As an alternate to finding products and adding them to the cart, the store associate can use the "Check Out" feature to break a long queue of customers and capture orders in the least possible time. The store associate can use the alternate store selection option to select the store of customer's choice to pick up products or have the products shipped to the customer's preferred location.
