Customer search
You can search for a customer and view the engagement of the customer with the store and the enterprise.
The primary search for a customer is by using the phone number or email ID. But if that information is not available, you can also perform an advanced search of the customer by using the first or last name of the customer.
From the customer search results page, you can view the customer profile including basic information such as the billing and shipping address. The order history of the customer is also available in the customer profile page.
You can also edit the contact information of the customer by using the Edit profile option.
Note: You can search for customers globally from any page by clicking the search icon on the status
bar and selecting Customer as the search type.
