Manage pack shipment shortage resolutions

A store associate can select a shortage resolution reason for shipments that are short of inventory during container packing process.

You can add, modify, and delete pack shipment shortage resolutions by using Sterling Business Center.

You can configure this rule only at the enterprise level. The "Damaged" and "Inventory Shortage" shortage resolutions are available for the default organization. However you must configure shortage resolutions for a new enterprise.
