Manage customer pickup shortage resolutions

A store associate must select a customer pickup shortage resolution when there is a shortage of products during customer pickup.

You can add, modify, and delete shortage resolutions for customer pickup process by using the Sterling Business Center. You can configure customer pick shortage resolutions only at the enterprise level. By default,"Inventory Shortage", "Cancel", and "Pickup Later" shortage resolutions are available.
