Searching inbound shipments
You can search for inbound shipments using the Advanced Search feature.
Procedure
- Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Order Fulfillment View.
- In the More Tasks portlet, click Receive Shipments. The Receive Shipments portlet opens.
- Click Advanced Search. The search criteria are displayed.

Enter appropriate details and click Search. Depending on the status of
the shipment, the appropriate screen is displayed or an appropriate message is displayed.
If there are multiple shipments, a list of shipments matching the search criteria is displayed.
If there is a single shipment that matches the search criteria and the status is Shipment Shipped, Being Received, Received or extended statuses of either Being Received or Received, you are taken to the receiving screen or Shipment Summary screen with the products or packages in the shipment. For other shipment statuses such as Shipment Created, an appropriate error message is displayed.
