Search shipments
A store associate can also search for a shipment to be received using one or more of search criteria provided by the application.
A store associate can search for a shipment using one of the following criteria:
- Shipment number
- Package SCM
- Product ID
- Chained Sales Order number
- Purchase Order or Transfer Order number
When the store associate enters the mentioned search criteria and clicks Search, the
getShipmentList API is called to retrieve the shipments that match the input
criteria. If the search results in multiple shipments, only 10 shipments are displayed and
application prompts the store associate to refine the search criteria.Notes:
- Advanced Search is not possible with blank search criteria.
- Unlike the scan option., even if the store associate uses the exact Product ID or Package SCM in Advanced Search, the products or packages are not automatically received.
