Receiving all

You can receive a shipment completely at once or the remaining contents of a shipment at once.


  1. Log on to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Order Fulfillment View.
  2. In the More Tasks portlet, click Receive Shipments. The Receive Shipments portlet opens.
  3. Scan using Shipment Number, Package Number, Product ID or Order Number.
    Alternatively, you may search for an inbound shipment using the Advanced Search option.
  4. On the receiving screen, click the More button in the top-right corner of the screen and then select Receive All. A confirmation message is displayed prompting you to select a reason for receiving the shipment without scanning.
  5. Select an appropriate reason and then click Yes. The Shipment Summary screen is displayed.
  6. Click Done.
