Printing a customer pickup acknowledgment
After a customer picks up all products in an order, you can print the acknowledgment that lists the picked products.
- Log on to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Order Fulfillment View by using the eye icon.
Perform a search for the shipment for which you would like to print the customer pickup
If the search results in a single shipment, the Shipment Summary screen opens. If the search results in multiple shipment, select the shipment and then click the shipment number to view the Shipment Summary screen.
- From the More menu, select Print Acknowledgment. The browser print dialog opens with the Pickup Acknowledgment that can be printed.
