Printing a customer pickup acknowledgment

After a customer picks up all products in an order, you can print the acknowledgment that lists the picked products.


  1. Log on to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Order Fulfillment View by using the eye icon.
  2. Perform a search for the shipment for which you would like to print the customer pickup acknowledgment.
    If the search results in a single shipment, the Shipment Summary screen opens. If the search results in multiple shipment, select the shipment and then click the shipment number to view the Shipment Summary screen.
  3. From the More menu, select Print Acknowledgment. The browser print dialog opens with the Pickup Acknowledgment that can be printed.
