Configuring customer pickup shortage resolutions

Learn how to configure shortage resolutions for customer pickup process.

A store associate must select a customer pickup shortage resolution when there is a shortage of products during customer pickup. Using the Sterling Business Center, you can add, modify, and delete shortage resolutions for customer pickup process.

You can configure customer pick shortage resolutions only at the enterprise level. By default, Inventory Shortage, Cancel, and Pickup Later shortage resolutions are available.
