Changing orderline address

You can change the shipping address of an order line from the Edit Order screen.

Procedure

1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to Customer Service View.
2. Search for the order and go to the Order Summary screen.
3. Click Edit. The Edit Order screen opens.
4. Click the shipping address displayed against the appropriate orderline. The Edit Delivery Method window opens, which displays the current shipping address.
5. Click Edit Shipping Address and update the address fields as required
6. Click Save. You are taken back to the Edit Delivery Method window where the updated address is displayed.
7. Click OK. The updated address is displayed for the orderline on the Edit Order screen.
8. Click Save. The address is saved for the order line.
