Changing order address

Edit online

You can change the shipping address of the order from the Edit Order screen.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
  2. Search for the order and go to the Order Summary screen.
  3. Click Edit. The Edit Order screen opens.
  4. Click the Edit icon next to the order address in the bottom-left panel. The Edit Shipping Address window opens.
  5. Modify the address fields as required and click OK. The updated address is displayed on the Edit Order screen.
  6. Click Save. The address is saved on the order.
