Adding promotions or coupons

You can apply new coupons or promotions to an existing order.

1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
2. Search for the order and go to the Order Summary screen.
3. Click Edit. The Edit Order screen opens.
4. Click APPLY COUPONS.
5. Scan the coupon or enter the coupon code and the coupon is applied to the order. The Edit Order screen is updated with price changes.
6. Click Save. The promotions are applied to the order.
