Shipping orders
A store associate can confirm the shipment of packages through the designated carrier service.
Procedure
- Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Order Fulfillment View by using the eye icon.

In the More Tasks portlet, click Ship Orders. The
Ship Orders portlet opens.
The portlet displays a count of the packages that are ready to be shipped. You can also see the carrier services and the number of the packages to be picked up by them.

Click the count at the center of the portlet. The Ship Packages screen
opens.
You can view the list of carriers and the number of packages to be picked up by them. To know the package details, you can click the package count.
- Select a carrier and click Confirm. An appropriate message is displayed.
