Managing customer service

Sterling Store Engagement provides customer service management capabilities.

A store associate can perform the following actions by using the Customer service view:

Order search - Search for a confirmed or draft order.
Cancel order - Cancel a confirmed order, which is not yet shipped to the customer.
Customer search - Identify a customer and view the associated order history.
