Resolving alerts

You can view the open alerts that are assigned to you or that apply to the queues to which you have subscribed and take appropriate actions to resolve the alerts.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement.
    The alerts icon displays the count of the open alerts for the currently logged-in user.
  2. Click the alerts icon. The alerts panel opens displaying the order fulfillment alerts. Alerts are categorized into two types, High priority and Nearing SLA.
  3. Perform the action corresponding to each alert to resolve the alert.
    • For an alert that has a Pick order button adjacent to it, click the button to start the picking process and resolve the alert.
    • For alerts that has a Continue button adjacent to it, click the button to continue the backroom pick task.
    • For alerts where the order is in a status that requires no further action, click the delete icon to remove the alert from the alerts list.
    Upon resolving the alerts by taking appropriate actions, the count of open alerts decreases.
