SLA indicators
You can configure the threshold time for overdue, low, medium, and high priority orders at the enterprise level. The service level indicators (SLA) are displayed based on the expected shipment date and configured thresholds.
The SLA indicators are displayed in the order fulfillment flows. For example, in the backroom
pick flow, the SLA indicators are displayed in the pick order list, pick order, pick summary,
shipment summary, and so on. To display the SLA indicators, the getCommonCodeList
API is called with the following code types:
- The
YCD_TIME_RMN_THRSHcode type is used for orders with pickup delivery method. - The
YCD_TIME_RMN_SFScode type is used for orders with shipping delivery method.
