Extending alerts

Learn how you can customize and extend your alerts implementation to add new alert types and custom alert components.

By default, alerts are displayed based on the currently logged-in user and the queues to which the user has subscribed. Actions are displayed only for alerts that are issued for shipments that are in the Ready for backroom pick or Backroom pick in progress statuses.

However, you can customize your alerts configuration to include alerts that are assigned to the user's organization and also add customizations to add actions to alerts as per your business requirements.
