Shipping orders

You can confirm the shipment of packages through the designated carrier service.

To ship orders from a store, complete the following steps:

  1. Log on to Sterling Store Engagement.
  2. From the application menu, select Order fulfillment.
  3. In the More tasks portlet, click Ship orders.
  4. Click the count to view the packages that are ready for shipping.
  5. Locate your order in either the SHIP or TO tab.
  6. Click Confirm.
    When the orders are shipped, inventory is reduced from DEFAULT-LOCATION.
