Order fulfillment tasks

This section describes the implementation details of the order fulfillment tasks supported by the application such as backroom pick, batch pick, customer pickup, packing orders, shipping packages and so on.

Notes:
  • The tasks mentioned in this section are applicable to both sales orders and transfer orders. However, for transfer orders shipments, the default delivery method is Shipping.
  • If the necessary status modification rules are not enabled, then the store associate may see a blank screen while performing order fulfillment tasks. For more information, see Defining status modification rules.
