Viewing a customer profile

You can view the customer's details, product recommendations, recently viewed products, wish list, order history and so on from a customer's profile.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
  2. In the More Tasks portlet, click Look up Customer. The Look up Customer portlet opens.
  3. On the customer's profile, you can view the following information:
    • Click Show info to view the customer's details such as customer ID, email-ID, phone number, address, birthday and so on. You may click Hide info to hide customer information.
    • Recommendations: You can view the system-driven product recommendations, which is based on the customer's purchase history.
    • Recently Viewed: You can view the products that were viewed recently by the customer and the keywords that were used to search products on an online shopping interface.
    • Wish list: Products in the customer's wish list retrieved from an external source.
    • Open Carts: The products from the customer's online cart are displayed in this tab.
    • Order History: A link to view the history of orders placed by the customer.
    • Appointments: A link to view the customer's open appointments.
    • Notes: An icon representing notes with a count of notes.
