Managing customer notes
You can view existing notes associated with a customer and add new notes to the customer's profile.
- Log on to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
- In the More Tasks portlet, click Look up Customer. The Look up Customer portlet opens.
- Identify the customer and navigate to the Customer Profile screen.
On the customer's profile, you can perform the following tasks:
- Click the notes icon in the bottom panel. The Notes window opens where you can view the existing notes.
- In the Add Note field, enter an appropriate note.
You can select Mark important for a note, if required.
- Click Add. The newly added note is displayed.
You may click Close to close the window after viewing or adding notes.
