This section describes the APIs, user exits, services, and other components involved in the implementation of the feature.

When the store application loads, the getCommonCodeList API is called with CodeType as YCD_CHANNEL and CodeValue as the value configured for the order entry type. The value fetched from this API is passed to the EntryType attribute of createOrder API. It is mandatory for a end-user to define this value in Order Entry Types. For more information about configuring order entry types, refer to the Implementation section in this topic.

The store associate can switch to the Customer Service View and perform an action, either Keyword search or scan or Quick Checkout.
