Viewing appointments
You can search and view appointments from the Appointments portlet or view appointments for a customer from the customer's profile.
Procedure
- Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Customer Service View by using the eye icon.

In the More Tasks portlet, click Appointments. The
Appointments portlet opens.
The portlet displays a count of store appointments. Additionally, upcoming appointments are also displayed.

You can view appointments in one of the following ways:
- Click the appointments count at the center of the portlet or click View All. The Store Appointments screen opens with the list of appointments in a calendar view for the current day and store. To view appointments on another date, select the date on the calendar. Click an appointment to view the Appointment Summary screen. In case of an anonymous appointment, you will be taken to the Select Service screen.
- Scan or enter the appointment reference number. The Appointment Summary screen opens for the appointment.
- Click Advanced Search, enter appropriate customer details and click Search. Identify the customer and view appointment details from the customer's profile. For more information, see Viewing appointments from customer's profile.
