Sharing appointment details

You can share the details of appointments with customer either through mail or by providing a printed copy of the appointment summary.


  1. Log on to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
  2. In the More Tasks portlet, click Appointments. The Appointments portlet opens.
  3. Navigate to the Appointment Summary screen of the appointments that you want to share with the customer.

  4. From the Appointment Summary screen, click Share on the More menu.
    The Share window opens where the customer's email address is automatically populated in the Send email field.
  5. Click Send.
    The email is sent to the customer.

    Alternatively, click Print, the browser print dialog opens with the Appointment Summary document that can be printed and shared with the customer.
