Adding notes

To record important information for appointments, a store associate can add notes.


  1. Log on to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
  2. In the More Tasks portlet, click Appointments. The Appointments portlet opens.
  3. Navigate to the Appointment Summary screen of the appointment for which you want to add notes.

  4. From the Appointment Summary screen, click Add Notes on the related tasks menu.
    The Notes window opens and the existing notes are displayed.
  5. In the Add Note box, enter appropriate information and select Mark Important, if required.
  6. Click Add. The note is saved for the appointment.
