Connecting to the GUI

Learn how to connect to the TS7785 GUI.

Before you begin

The TS7785 must first be installed.

You can access the TS7785 GUI from a supported web browser by using the address https://virtual-ip-address, where virtual-ip-address is the virtual management IP address that is configured on any cluster in the TS7785 grid.

The following web browsers are supported:
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
Notes:
  • If you use an unsupported browser, some pages might not display correctly.
  • To ensure that all the functions of the TS7785 GUI are usable, you need to enable cookies and JavaScript™ in the browser and disable the browser's function of blocking pop-up windows.
  • Ensure that the browser is up to date to have the latest bug fixes and security enhancements.†Compatibility View is not supported by the TS7785. To toggle OFF Compatibility View:
    1. Open the TS7785 GUI for a cluster.
    2. In the browser menu bar, deselect Tools > Compatibility View or select the Compatibility View button on the browser address bar to change it from an active icon to an outline. Internet Explorer remembers this setting each time the GUI address is accessed.
