From the Login page, you can configure inactive timeout and failed login attempt for a user.

You can configure the following options:
  • Allow Inactivity Timeout: When enabled, the user account is logged out after the specified time of inactivity, which is set in minutes.
  • Failed Login Attempts Limits: The option sets the number of failed login attempts within a configured time period, which can be set in seconds, minutes, or hours. If a user account exceeds the configured number of attempts within the set time, then the account is locked. You can set the limit for the number of attempts within a configured number of seconds, minutes, or hours.
Complete the following steps to configure login settings:
  1. Go the Settings > Network and Security > Login page.
  2. Toggle the Allow Inactive Timeout option. Specify the timeout option in minutes. The option is not enabled by default.
  3. Under Failed Login Attempts Limits, set the number of attempts within seconds, minutes, or hours. The option is not enabled by default.
  4. Click Save to save changes.
