Creating a trusted file name pattern

You can create trusted file name patterns to reduce the number of false alerts generated by the application

To create a trusted file name pattern, complete the following steps:
  1. Go to Settings > Advanced > Trusted Files.
  2. Select Add.
  3. In the displayed pane, type the file name patterns, you can enter multiple file patterns and separating them by using the Enter key.
    Note: File name patterns are case-sensitive.
  4. Click Save when complete addition of file name patterns.

The file name patterns are displayed. Files that are matching the patterns are considered as trusted files.

The Alerts > Show Files table indicates the status of the files at the time of the application generated alerts. Subsequent changes to the trusted files patterns only affect in the next analyses.
