Contacting IBM support center
Specific information about a problem such as: symptoms, traces, error logs, GPFS logs, and file system status is vital to IBM® in order to resolve a GPFS problem.
Obtain this information as quickly as you can after a
problem is detected, so that error logs will not wrap and system parameters
that are always changing, will be captured as close to the point of
failure as possible. When a serious problem is detected, collect this
information and then call IBM.
