The CES shared root path is not mounted or unavailable on the CES node or cluster.

Description

Check the health of CES shared root by issuing command:

 mmhealth node show -v

Sample output is as follows:

Node name: mynode1.scale.ibm.com
Node status: DEGRADED
Status Change: 2024-06-04 14:56:58 
Component Status Status Change Reasons & Notices
