Cannot recover passwords for connections if encryption master keys are regenerated

If a master key is regenerated, you cannot recover the passwords.

Description

If a master key is regenerated, you cannot recover the web server (target) password for the bucket notification feature to work.

Workaround

When the first account is created, back up the master keys from the mmccr, if the encryption mode is the executable type, and back up master keys for the file type from the CES shared root path. If you did not back up master keys and the master keys are reset, update the password by using the mms3 notificationConnection update command to store the password and new master keys.
