Explanation
The command is not able to determine the identity
of the local node. This can be the result of a disruption in the network
over which the GPFS daemons
communicate.

Ensure the GPFS daemon
network (as identified in the output of the mmlscluster command on a good node) is fully operational and reissue
the command.
