6027-1525 Invalid minReleaseLevel parameter: `value`

Explanation
The second argument to the mmcrfsc command is
minReleaseLevel and should be greater than 0.

User response
minReleaseLevel should be greater than 0. The
mmcrfs command should never call the mmcrfsc command without a
valid minReleaseLevel argument. Contact the IBM® Support Center.
