Cron job synchronization issue

The CES shared root path is not mounted or unavailable on the CES node or node is unavailable or S3 is not running.

Description

If a node is down or the cesSharedRoot is unavailable on a node when you change configuration for the notification frequency parameter, the cron job is not synchronized on that node with other protocol nodes.

Workaround

Restart the S3 service by using the following commands after fixing the node issue:

mmces service stop s3
mmces service start s3
