Time stamp in GPFS log entries

The timestamp in a GPFS log entry indicates the time of an event.

ISO 8601 timestamp format

By default, the timestamp in logs and traces follows a format similar to the ISO 8601 standard:

YYYY-MM-DD_hh:mm:ss.sss±hhmm

where

YYYY-MM-DD: Is the year, month, and day.
_: Is a separator character.
hh:mm:ss.sss: Is the hours (24-hour clock), minutes, seconds, and milliseconds.
±hhmm: Is the time zone designator, in hours and minutes offset from UTC.

The following examples show the ISO 8601 format:
