This file is needed by the CCR and the file is either missing
or corrupted.
User response
If this error is displayed but the cluster still has a quorum, the cluster can be
recovered by issuing the mmsdrrestore -p command on the node on which the error
occurred. If this error occurs on one or multiple nodes and the cluster does not have a quorum,
follow the instructions in the topic Repair of cluster configuration information when no CCR backup is available.
