Nodes and nodeclass endpoints

You can view, add, update or delete information about nodes and nodeclasses by using the endpoint definition.

Nodeclasses: GET
Gets details about node classes in the IBM Storage Scale cluster.
Nodes/network: POST
Gets information on all networks that are configured and are operational for a group of nodes.
Nodeclasses: POST
Creates a user-defined node class in the IBM Storage Scale cluster.
Nodeclasses/{nodeclassName}: GET
Gets details about a specific node class in the IBM Storage Scale cluster.
Nodeclasses/{nodeclassName}: DELETE
Deletes a specific user-defined node class.
Nodeclasses/{nodeclassName}: PUT
Change member nodes of a specific node class.
Nodes/{name}/info/deadlock: GET
Displays the waiters that exceed the deadlock detection threshold for the specified node.
Nodes/{name}/info/memory: GET
Displays the details on GPFS daemon process (mmfsd) memory usage for the specified node.
Nodes/{name}/info/iohist: GET
Displays the recent I/O history details for the specified node.
Nodes/{name}/info/waiters: GET
Displays the GPFS daemon process (mmfsd) threads that are waiting for events at the specified node.

Gets information about nodes in the cluster.

Add one or more nodes to the IBM Storage Scale cluster.
Nodes/afm/mapping: GET
Lists all node mappings for AFM and cloud object storage (COS).
Nodes/afm/mapping: POST
Creates node mapping for AFM and Cloud Object Store.
Nodes/afm/mapping: DELETE
Deletes a node mapping for AFM and Cloud Object Storage.
Nodes/afm/mapping/{mappingName}: GET
Lists details of a node mapping for AFM and Cloud Object Storage (COS).
Nodes/afm/mapping/{mappingName}: PUT
Changes a node mapping for AFM and Cloud Object Storage.
Nodes/{name}: DELETE
Delete a specific node or all nodes of a node class from the IBM Storage Scale cluster.
Nodes/{name}: GET
Gets information about a node.
Nodes/{name}: PUT
Enables or disables quorum and gateway designations of a node or node class.
Nodes/{name}/health/events: GET
Gets details about system health events that are reported in a node.
Nodes/{name}/health/states: GET
Gets details about system health states for the node or nodes of node class.
Nodes/{name}/services: GET
Get status of all services that are hosted on a node or node class in the cluster.
Nodes/{name}/services/{serviceName}: GET
Gets status of a specific service that is hosted on a node or node class in the cluster.
Nodes/{name}/services/{serviceName}: PUT
Starts or stops a service on a node or node class.
