an existing pdisk.
Explanation
A disk being added to a recovery group appears to
already be in-use as a pdisk.
User response
Carefully check the disks given to tscrrecgroup, tsaddpdisk or tschcarrier.
If you are certain the disk is not actually in-use, override the check
by specifying the -v no option.
