Setup local native HDFS cluster

This section lists the steps to setup local native HDFS cluster.

To setup the local native HDFS cluster:

• Follow the HDP guide from Hortonworks to set up the native HDFS cluster.
• Refer to the Enable Kerberos section to setup Kerberos and the Enable Ranger section to setup Ranger in a Hadoop Storage Tiering configuration.
