Message options
You can use server options to give you more flexibility in the way IBM Storage Protect issues messages.

| EXPQUIET | Whether IBM Storage Protect sends detailed informational messages during expiration processing |
| MESSAGEFORMAT | Whether a message number is displayed in all lines of a multi-line message |
| MSGINTERVAL | The time, in minutes, between messages prompting an operator to mount a tape for IBM Storage Protect |
