Scheduling client operations

You can schedule client operations, for example, to back up a client or to archive client data, so that the operations run automatically.

Creating a client schedule
You can create schedules to run client operations at regular intervals.
Deleting a client schedule
When you delete client schedules, the associated scheduled client operations no longer run.
Viewing client schedule associations
A client can be associated with multiple schedules, and a schedule can have multiple clients associated with it. In the Operations Center, you can view information about which clients are associated with which schedules.
Assigning clients to schedules
When you assign clients to schedules, the clients are associated with the schedules and run client operations according to the schedule details.
Removing clients from schedules
When you remove clients from schedules, the clients are no longer associated with the schedules. The clients are no longer scheduled to run client operations according to the schedule details.
Viewing all client schedules
The list of all client schedules includes information about the start times, repeat frequencies, and last run times of scheduled operations, and the associated servers, policy domains, and clients.
Updating client schedules
You can update the start times and the repeat frequencies of scheduled operations. You can also specify run time alert times for the operations, so that warning messages are issued if the operations run longer than expected.
