Managing storage rules

Storage rules define schedules and policies for moving or copying data between different types of storage. Tiering storage rules define policies for moving data to lower-cost storage based on the age of the data. Retention-copy storage rules define policies for copying retention set data from primary storage to tape or cloud object storage.
