Viewing a ticket

You can view the list of all existing tickets by using the following steps:
  1. Click Tickets on the dashboard.

    It displays the Tickets page with the list of all raised tickets along with their details. The closed tickets are displayed in gray color that differentiates between open and closed tickets.

    Note: You can also use custom filter options to sort and filter tickets based on your preferences.
  2. You can select any specific ticket to view the details.
    Note: Skip steps 3 to 5, if you do not want to update the ticket details.
  3. Click Update ticket, if you want to capture more details of the ticket.
  4. Enter the details, if any. Click Next.
  5. Verify the details and click Update ticket.
