Support

You can create or update tickets for any issues in the block storage systems of your environment to get the IBM support.

You can include a detailed description (up to 3,000 words), attach a file, and upload a new or existing log package, to help assist IBM support in resolving the issues.

Navigation

You can navigate to the Support page by using the following options:
  • User profile navigation menu
  • Overview dashboard of the selected system
  • Overflow menu of the selected storage system
  • System actions of the selected storage system

Clicking the Get Support option navigates to a page where you can create or work with a ticket.
