Using the dashboard
Use the dashboard to view aggregated information about all the tenants that are added to the system.
Viewing tenants
All the IBM Storage Insights tenants that are added in the multitenant dashboard are displayed in the Tenants section along with the total number of counts in the title. Each tenant displays the API connection, health status, and the tenant name.
Monitoring tenant resources
- Tenants: provides details on the API health of the tenants that are added to the multitenant dashboard.
- Storage Systems: provides the aggregated count of storage systems (block, file, object). It also provides a toggle to display the count of systems that are categorized on models.

across all tenants. The alerts are grouped into three tiers as:
- Systems reaching 60% in 180 days
- Systems reaching 75% in 90 days
- Systems reaching 80% in 30 days
- Alerts: provides an aggregation of all unacknowledged alerts for the tenants. The alerts are segregated as critical, warning, and informational.
