Explanation

This problem occurs when the storage system cannot connect to Call Home because of incorrect authentication credentials or lack of required permissions.

Action

To resolve the problem, try the following actions in the management GUI for the storage system:
  1. Validate the credentials that are used by the storage system to connect to the Call Home service. If they are not correct, update the credentials.
  2. Verify that the storage system is assigned the required permissions to connect to Call Home.
