IBM Spectrum Protect Plus manager is not pingable.

Do the following steps to resolve the error:
  1. Run the command and check whether the routes are configured correctly:
    oc get routes -n ibm-spectrum-protect-plus-ns
  2. Get the host name from previous command and put it in /etc/hosts with the cluster ip.

    Check whether IBM Spectrum Protect Plus manager is pingable.

  3. If the issue persists, Contact IBM Support.
